Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to certain conditions. Please note that exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

UK Deliveries: Typically take 1-3 business days.

International Deliveries to Europe & the U.S: Usually take 7-8 business days.

International Deliveries to Other Destinations: Generally take between 7-21 business days. Please note that exact delivery times may vary depending on the import regulations of the destination country.
